Guiding Principles

Bodily Autonomy: We assert our right to bodily autonomy—our choices about our bodies and minds are ours alone, without shame or apology.

Direct Action & Leadership: We take direct action rather than waiting for others to advocate for us; those most affected must lead the fight for change.

Dignity & Self-Determination: We refuse criminalization and stigma, standing together to demand dignity, respect, and self-determination.

Mutual Aid & Collective Care: We prioritize the most vulnerable, ensuring we care for each other without the expectation that anyone else will.

Rejecting Respectability Politics: We reject respectability politics and refuse to gain credibility by sacrificing members of our own community.

A Future of Personal Agency: We are building a future where personal agency is a non-negotiable human right, and all people are free to make choices about their own lives.
